In this position, I was responsible of the submissions of several RFPs and RFQs, as well as entry proposal submissions for competitions and awards. I also prepared, designed and submitted the presentation material for lectures and project media launching. This position did not only cover Public Relations, but it also dealt with all the incoming new business opportunities, being the first point of contact for new potential clients. The position covered all Marketing and communications affairs. I was also responsible for the creation of the office's Instagram account and I was the Community manager of Legorreta's social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
